Car:
Arriving by car is not recommended. There ia almost no parking. To park on the street you have to by a ticket at the official vending machines. As far as I know its good for two hours max. Parking in the whole area is managed by the city – more info in German only (PDF)
Bicycle:
There are plenty of bike racks and other ways to secure your bike. On the premises biking is (officially) not allowed: “Radfahren verboten”. So you better push your bike. IMPORTANT: There’s a passage in front of the copy shop. It is very dangerous for you and others to drive through on you bike. People are crossing it while going from building 2 to 3 and vice versa. You cant see them and they can’t see you.
